Care Home Gardener – Part Time

Salary: £12.75 – £13.75 per hour Hours: 10 hours per week
About the Role

The part-time Care Home Gardener plays a key role in maintaining our outdoor spaces, ensuring residents enjoy a relaxing and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll help ensure our gardens are well looked after by:
- Maintaining lawns, flowerbeds, borders and hedges
- Weeding and pruning shrubs and small trees
- Providing advice to the Home Manager on gardening improvements
- Occasionally assisting the Maintenance team with related duties

- Basic gardening knowledge and willingness to tackle seasonal tasks
