Gardener
Care Home Gardener – Part Time (10 Hours/Week)
Location: Middlesex Manor Care Home 📍 119 Harrow Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 6DQ

Salary: £12.75 - £13.75 per hour Contract Type: Part Time
About the Role

In this Gardener role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beautiful grounds of our care home, creating a relaxing environment for our residents to enjoy.
Responsibilities
You’ll help us by:
- Maintaining lawns, flowerbeds, borders and hedges
- Weeding and pruning shrubs and small trees
- Offering the Home Manager advice on gardening issues and suggestions for areas of improvement
- Assisting the Maintenance team with occasional duties around the home

✔ Be passionate and committed to horticulture ✔ Have experience (or an enthusiasm for) lawn and plant care, and an eye for detail ✔ Be physically capable of handling gardening tasks (e.g., digging, lifting, pruning) ✔ Enjoy contributing to care environments that improve residents’ well-being
No formal qualification is required, but practical experience in gardening is preferred.
