We're working with an innovative, fast-growing sportswear brand on the hunt for a Garment Technologist who lives and breathes performance product.
If you're passionate about fit, function, and fabric innovation, and want to shape apparel that performs under pressure—this is your move.
What You'll Do
- Own & Drive the technical development of high-performance sportswear from concept to delivery
- Lead fit sessions, ensuring precision fit, movement, and comfort across all products
- Partner with design and product teams to optimise fabric, trims, and construction
- Collaborate with global suppliers to deliver right-first-time quality
- Ensure compliance with performance, durability, and testing standards
- Manage timelines to hit critical milestones in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

What You Bring
- Strong experience in sportswear / activewear / performance apparel
- Deep knowledge of technical fabrics, stretch, seam construction, and fit for movement
- Confident running fit sessions and influencing cross-functional teams
- Detail-focused with a passion for product excellence
- Comfortable working with international suppliers
