Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience) + Company Van + Pension + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Aren Property Services is a growing, professional heating and plumbing company specialising in high-quality reactive maintenance and diagnostics across London. We pride ourselves on first-time fixes, excellent customer service, and taking the time to diagnose faults properly rather than rushing through jobs.
We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer / Plumber to join our team.
The Role
This is primarily a reactive maintenance position working in private residential properties.

Typical Work Includes
- Boiler diagnostics and repairs
- Heating and hot water fault finding
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Gas safety inspections
- Cylinder and heating system repairs
- General plumbing works
- Occasional boiler installations and system upgrades (this is not a heavy installation role)
You'll be expected to work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in plumbing and gas engineering
- Current ACS Gas Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Experience working within private residential properties
- Proven experience carrying out reactive maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Own hand tools
- Clean DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
- Verifiable employment references
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
