Salary: up to £47,700 per annum plus company vehicle, tools provided, uniform etc
Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Your Role:
- Deliver new, reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial and Domestic Gas and related equipment as part of a highly skilled maintenance support function within the Garrison.
- Undertake all types of plumbing, mechanical repairs, and installation work (including ancillaries) to the required standard and in line with any documentation provided.
- Deliver reactive, planned, preventative maintenance for Commercial and Domestic Gas and related equipment.
- Undertake servicing, fault finding, and repair work.
- Carry out gas works including minor new works and refurbishment programmes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic gas systems and ensure acceptable standards of productivity and workmanship are maintained in the execution of your work.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- It is essential to be qualified to C&G level or equivalent in one or more disciplines and to a competent standard under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
- It's also a must to hold recognised, relevant qualifications including relevant domestic and Commercial qualifications comprising Combustion Performance Analysis and Installation of Commercial Appliances.
- You must also have, or be eligible to have MoD Security clearance.
Experience:
- Proven experience of working as a Plumber/Gas Engineer is crucial.
- As is relevant experience with pressure systems and Pump systems.
- Experience of modern control systems and Industrial, Commercial, Domestic building services experience are also essential, and a proven track record of building services work or trade-based knowledge in a similar environment is a must.

Skills:
- A strong skill set comprising the ability to operate effectively as a competent person, understand the needs and implications of RAMS, and the requirement of Safe Systems of work.
- Can work on your own and carry out gas installation/repair work without immediate supervision in the most efficient and economical manner is necessary in this role.
Driving Licence: Full UK Valid driving licence required.
