Hyde is looking to recruit a Gas Engineer.

About the Role
As a Gas Engineer at Hyde you will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional gas installations service to residents ensuring all work sites are adequately protected and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair of domestic gas appliances (i.e. gas boilers, fires)
- Perform routine maintenance checks
- Maintain and monitor the supply, stock and use of materials
- Participate in the ‘out of hours’ service delivery on a rota basis (Currently every 1 in 5 weeks)
- Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property-related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly
- Raise any non-compliance or process failures with managers.

Skills And Experience Required
- Previous experience as a gas engineer
- Great customer service skills
- Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, CENWAT, HTR1
- Previous domestic or social housing experience
- Desirable but not essential - Unvented Hot Water Systems.
