K&T Heating Services, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We are 500 people strong and support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
Role
- Oversee all daily activities for a selection of engineers and sub-contractors.
- Conduct individual site surveys in client’s properties to ascertain the scope of works required to install or upgrade central heating systems in these dwellings.
- These surveys will enable the Installation department to complete planned work and hit required operational and customer service performance targets, Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems, company procedures, and meet legislation requirements.

The successful candidate will have
- Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
- Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service
- The ability to work with a diverse customer base
