Gas Surveyor / Clerk of Works
Gas Surveyor / Clerk of Works.
Support the Project Managers to ensure contractors are delivering our major works projects in line with contractual requirements.
Take the lead on smaller projects, independently managing contractors, reporting on and challenging contractor performance when required.

Collaborate in developing, designing, procuring and administering projects; owing and carrying out elements of these functions under direction.

Collaborate with the Project Manager with asbestos, Building Safety & planned investment works, planning permission and statutory approval data requirements and compliance.

Must be gas safe registered and have experience of working within housing setting.
