What will you be doing in this role?
You'll be a part of our Gateway Property Care team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance to our housing stock. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won’t have to travel far. You’ll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.
You'll provide a comprehensive gas service including breakdown and maintenance within our tenants' homes and leaseholder premises in accordance with the relevant regulations, standards and departmental procedures.
What We Are Looking For In You
We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our customers and communities at the heart of all they do.
The Main Things
- You’ll have experience of gas repairs, installs and servicing, and the associated paperwork in line with Gas Safe regulations.
- You'll have a full manual driving licence as you'll travel across Preston using one of our company vans.
- You’ll have NVQ L2 in Gas / Plumbing or equivalent, plus CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1, CKR1.
- You’ll have great communication skills combined with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude to make sure our customers receive the best possible service.
