Basic Salary

About the Role
As our Gate Automation Engineer, you’ll be dealing directly with customers and residents, so professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
No two days are the same. You’ll be working on a variety of projects including:
- Installing new gate automation systems
- Upgrading and retrofitting existing installations
- Conducting safety upgrades and compliance work
- Performing fault finding and repairs
- Carrying out planned service and maintenance
- Working independently or as part of a two-person installation team
Person Specification
We’re looking for engineers with:
- Hands-on experience in gate automation (preferably with systems like CAME, Roger Technology, Beninca, BFT).
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and installation experience.
- A good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
