About the Role: Senior Consultant – ERP & AI.Enabled Shared Services
You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding global organizations through the adoption, optimisation, and innovation of Shared Service models. With a focus on ERP platform implementation (SAP/Oracle/Workday) and AI-driven process transformation, you’ll allow clients to build scalable, intelligent solutions that drive operational excellence across finance, HR, supply chain, and enterprise functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP transformation initiatives within Global Business Services (GBS), including SAP, Oracle, and Workday adoption.
- Drive business readiness and change adoption across large-scale ERP deployments.
- Leverage digital adoption platforms and AI solutions to enhance user experience, engagement, and workflow efficiency.
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and learning strategies to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop user-centric training and enablement models, including performance support mechanisms.
- Oversee phased implementation plans, pilot programmes, and iterative rollouts to drive sustained behavioral change.
- Ensure robust program governance and risk management throughout the transformation journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT capabilities with business objectives.

Professional Growth Opportunities
Your role offers continual development within three key areas:
- Business Development – Contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, and client pitches. Assist in client hosting and partnerships.
- Internal Contribution – Develop campaigns, whitepapers, practice innovations (e.g. operations, recruitment) and participate in team events.
- Learning & Development – Access certifications, training, and customised professional development to align with company demands.
Your Profile
Core Requirements
- Deep understanding of ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday) within Shared Services frameworks.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms, enablement tools, and AI-enabled change management.
- Expertise in designing user-focused training and support models.
- Proven track record in driving sustained behavioural change and system adoption.
- Familiarity with agile/hybrid delivery models in enterprise transformation.
Preferred Experience
- A consulting or industry background with ERP-driven transformation.
- Strong experience in matrixed environments and influencing execution across teams.
- Proposition-building and solution delivery in consulting engagements.

UK Security Clearance Requirement
As part of this role, you (or your application) must meet SC-level eligibility criteria, including:
- Currently holding an active UK security clearance.
- Not having lived abroad for more than 28 consecutive days in the past five years.

Compensation & Commitment
- Base salary + flexible benefits, including performance-linked bonuses.
- On-the-ground presence in London, Manchester or Glasgow, but with global flexibility for short-notice relocations.
