Overview
Deloitte Operations are seeking an experienced GBST Specialist with a strong background in wealth management and investment administration technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive cross-domain skills encompassing delivery, functional analysis, migration, and testing within financial services environments. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to implement and optimise GBST solutions that support financial services firms, and is a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities
- GBST Platform Expertise: Utilise deep knowledge of the GBST wealth management and investment administration platform to support and enhance client solutions.
- Delivery & Implementation: Lead project and programme delivery activities including planning, stakeholder management, and implementation of GBST solutions.
- Business Analysis & Functional Design: Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, design solutions, and configure products to meet client needs.
- Data Migration & System Conversion: Plan and execute data migration, system conversion, and cutover activities ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Manage test activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), automation, and defect management to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience working with GBST wealth management/investment administration platforms, specifically GBST Composer module.
- Strong project and programme delivery skills with experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Functional expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and product configuration.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, system conversion, cutover planning, and migration testing.
- Test management experience including SIT, UAT, automation, and defect tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience in financial services and investment/wealth management sectors.
