About the role:
The Google Relationship Director is responsible for defining and delivering the UK Google Cloud alliance strategy, driving joint go-to-market execution, pipeline development, and revenue growth, while leading the senior relationship with Google Cloud in the UK. Acting as the strategic coordination point between PwC and Google Cloud, the role aligns firm priorities with partner strategy to deliver measurable commercial outcomes and strengthen long-term market positioning. Operating within the UK Alliances structure, the position brings together relationship management, sales, and technical capabilities to maximise alliance value and support growth alongside Strategic Alliance Partner Directors.
What your days will look like:
- Define and deliver the UK Google Cloud alliance strategy, driving pipeline growth, bookings, and revenue through priority propositions and industry opportunities.
- Build and lead senior relationships with Google Cloud stakeholders, acting as the primary coordination point to enable effective joint engagement and collaboration.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, campaigns, and strategic pursuits to generate demand and convert pipeline into wins.
- Oversee pipeline performance, ensuring strong forecasting, deal progression, and achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, sector, and technical teams while shaping joint solutions, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

This role is for you if:
- Significant experience at Director level in alliance leadership or partner management.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering technology-led go-to-market strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite, and translate strategy into execution.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience building and scaling strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with hyperscalers, with exposure to Google Cloud considered beneficial.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively across complex, matrixed organisations.
