Join Fleet Education Services as a GCSE Tutor and support students in and around Birmingham (including Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Solihull, Northfield, etc.) via 1:1 and small group tuition, delivered both during school hours in pupils’ homes or at local community venues.

Requirements to Become a Tutor
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Level 6) qualification
- Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours
- Enhanced DBS check (must be on the Update Service, or commitment to obtain one)
- A commitment to safeguarding practices, including support for learners with SEN (Special Educational Needs), SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health needs), and complex requirements

Important Notes
- As an Agency Worker, hours are allocated as and when needed; no guaranteed set hours.
- Work under a contract for services and paid through PAYE.
- All placements are insured by Fleet Education Services.
- Successful candidates must complete our safer recruitment process, aligned with KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education) guidelines.
