Description
This critical role involves providing care services in the client’s home, which may require staying overnight in a spare room. PrimeCarers seeks individuals who can display a strong level of commitment. Whilst the availability preference in its current form is fixed, some flexibility may be negotiable—or the caring responsibilities may be shared with another qualified carer if required.

This position offers variable pay based on experience, the client’s budget, task complexity, and effort. On their platform, carers usually earn an average salary of £13.90/hr, with a guaranteed minimum of £10/hr net pay. As such, based on these factors, you may expect to earn approximately [salary to be determined based on negotiation].

Who Are We Looking For?
Requirements
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- At least 1 year of professional care experience
- An enhanced DBS check valid within the last 12 months
- A suitable care qualification, such as:
- NVQ Level 2 in Social Care, or
- The Care Certificate (or equivalent professional training)
