We are looking for GenAI and Agentic Engineers
We are looking for GenAI and Agentic Engineers to join a leading global business and technology transformation consultancy within its Data Science and AI practice. This role focuses on the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems that combine Generative AI models, agentic frameworks, and full-stack engineering. You will work at the intersection of strategy and technology, helping clients move beyond rapid prototyping to scale production-grade AI products that solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy both front-end and back-end components for AI-powered applications, with a focus on GenAI and agentic solutions
- Architect agentic workflows incorporating Human-in-the-loop (HITL) gates, auditability, policy controls, and robust evaluation frameworks for regulated environments
- Translate business requirements into technical AI architectures, leveraging data science and analytics to deliver high-standard client outcomes
- Collaborate with cloud architects, data scientists, and product managers to transition early-stage PoCs into scalable MVPs and production systems
- Support business development activity by building AI demonstrators for client showcases and contributing technical expertise to proposals and RFPs
- Contribute to internal practice development through the creation of whitepapers, campaign development, and the refinement of AI service offerings
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the engineering team to maintain high delivery standards and pace

Requirements
- Experience operating within a major consulting firm or a high-growth industry environment with a consulting mindset
- Proven track record of delivering full-stack applications across the entire lifecycle, from PoC to secure, production-grade solutions
- Technical proficiency in Python (3.10+), TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and modern frontend stacks (React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS)
- Proficiency in cloud environments, specifically Azure (OpenAI, AKS) or GCP (Vertex AI), including experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical client sponsors
- Eligibility for UK security clearance (requires 5 years of continuous UK residency)

Desirable Experience
- Experience with Agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, or OpenAI Agents
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, MCP, and LLM evaluation tools like LangSmith or TruLens
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Clean Code (SOLID), TDD, and modular architecture
- Experience building AI-specific UX patterns, such as streaming, provenance citations, and error-recovery loops
