GenAI Regional Product Marketing Manager, Creative Product
Responsibilities
The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization. Our mission is to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and third parties within the ecosystem to create and deliver the most engaging creative experiences to end users. We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence, striving to lead technological innovation in the ads tech and creative industry. Our goal is to power products and deliver value for our clients, creators, and the entire ecosystem.
The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Manager who will be focused on Partner Success. This role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape and a proven track record in business development or partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of go-to-market plans to support the launch and adoption of Generative AI products and new features
- Analyze user behavior, inbound feedback, and market signals to surface insights that help shape product direction and decisions
- Uncover new product and business opportunities through a mix of data-driven research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, UX, Communications, Sales, and Strategy—to align on priorities and bring features to market effectively
- Support relationship-building efforts with external AI partners to enhance our product ecosystem and unlock co-development potential

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in a product marketing/operations role in AI landscape, or roles in the tech/ad industry
- Passion to learn and use AI products
- Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals.
- Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven.
- Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
