hackajob is collaborating with Admiral Group Plc to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.
We're looking for a Senior Product Lead to join Admiral's GenAI Centre of Excellence and lead the development of Generative AI products across our Claims function.
Working closely with Claims, Data Science, Technology and senior business leaders, you'll define and deliver a portfolio of AI-enabled solutions that improve customer outcomes, increase efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen fraud detection.
This is a strategic role where you'll own the product vision and roadmap, identify high-value opportunities across the claims journey, and ensure AI investments deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and own the GenAI product strategy and roadmap for Claims
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across the end-to-end claims lifecycle
- Partner with Claims leaders to solve business challenges through AI products
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer, operational and commercial value
- Work closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering and Technology teams to deliver solutions
- Champion responsible AI, governance and regulatory compliance
- Drive experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement
- Present recommendations, business cases and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Essential Skills And Experience
- Significant experience within insurance claims, ideally motor, home or personal lines
- Strong understanding of claims operations, processes and economics
- Proven product leadership experience in a complex and regulated environment
- Experience delivering data, analytics or AI-enabled products
- Good understanding of Generative AI, large language models and emerging AI technologies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build business cases and prioritise investment decisions
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences

Desirable
- Experience of Claims transformation programmes
- Knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter or similar claims platforms
- Product Management qualifications
- AI, Data or Analytics-related certifications
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline
