GenAI Support Associate

AI Support & Enablement Champion – Mattioli Woods

You don’t need years of experience. Curiosity, patience, and a genuine interest in helping people use AI tools effectively—every day, not just in theory—are what matter most.

We’re introducing AI tools at Mattioli Woods and need the go-to person to assist colleagues when they encounter questions or difficulties. This role involves:

  • Delivering support and coaching
  • Ensuring smooth system operation
  • Keeping users confident with new technologies

If you thrill to solving why something isn’t working, explaining it clearly to non-technical users, and ensuring everything runs as expected—this role is for you.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will handle a hands-on, people-focused position—part troubleshooting, part guiding others, part ensuring A.I. systems perform reliably. This isn’t just support; it’s about empowering teams to use AI effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Contact for AI Support
    • Address colleague queries about GenAI tools. Be it prompts failing or workflow integration challenges (e.g., Fireflies ↔ Claude connections, document uploads).
    • Accurately diagnose small issues without overwhelming users.
    • Build self-service resources, such as easy-to-follow guides.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
