General Administrator – Hilton Hotels

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day with every guest interaction. As a General Administrator in our Hotels team, you’ll go above and beyond everyday administrative duties to deliver extraordinary experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Responsibilities
Here’s what a typical day might include:
- Administrative tasks: Carry out day-to-day administrative activities within the Executive Office
- Provide general secretarial support
- Handle guest, owner, and corporate communications with professionalism and urgency
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensure supplies are well-stocked
- Maintain filing systems and records
- Support Housekeeping and Maintenance departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with security protocols
- Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly
