General Administrator – Hilton Hotels

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day with every guest interaction. As a General Administrator in our Hotels team, you’ll go above and beyond everyday administrative duties to deliver extraordinary experiences that leave a lasting impression.


Responsibilities

Here’s what a typical day might include:

  • Administrative tasks: Carry out day-to-day administrative activities within the Executive Office
  • Provide general secretarial support
  • Handle guest, owner, and corporate communications with professionalism and urgency
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure supplies are well-stocked
  • Maintain filing systems and records
  • Support Housekeeping and Maintenance departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly
