Job Description

Service
- Serve food and beverages to guests with friendliness and professionalism.
- Address guests’ needs and requests efficiently, ensuring exceptional experiences.

Customer Service
- Provide excellent service, engaging attentively throughout the guest journey.
- Answer questions and resolve concerns in a warm, helpful manner.

Teamwork
- Collaborate with all colleagues for smooth operations.
- Foster an environment that’s inclusive, safe, and supportive.

Adherence to Regulations
- Comply with health and safety standards and food service guidelines.

Cleanliness
- Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications & Skills
- Passionate for food or customer service.
- Energised by collaboration and teamwork.
- Adaptable in a solutions-oriented way.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality gives impact (preferred).
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation (helpful).
- Works aligned with BaxterStorey’s core values.
