Job Description

  • Service

    • Serve food and beverages to guests with friendliness and professionalism.
    • Address guests’ needs and requests efficiently, ensuring exceptional experiences.
  • Customer Service

    • Provide excellent service, engaging attentively throughout the guest journey.
    • Answer questions and resolve concerns in a warm, helpful manner.
  • Teamwork

    • Collaborate with all colleagues for smooth operations.
    • Foster an environment that’s inclusive, safe, and supportive.
  • Adherence to Regulations

    • Comply with health and safety standards and food service guidelines.
  • Cleanliness

    • Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Passionate for food or customer service.
  • Energised by collaboration and teamwork.
  • Adaptable in a solutions-oriented way.
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality gives impact (preferred).
  • Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation (helpful).
  • Works aligned with BaxterStorey’s core values.
