Front of House Assistant

£13.45 per hour | Full Time | Monday – Friday | 07:30–16:00 (Variable Shifts)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a professional environment?

We're looking for a polished, customer-focused Front of House Assistant to join our catering and hospitality team within a premium corporate workplace. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating outstanding customer experiences while working in a fast-paced, high-quality operation.

As the face of our service, you'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues and guests receive a warm, professional welcome and an exceptional dining experience every day.

The Role You'll Be Responsible For

  • Delivering outstanding front of house service across our restaurant, coffee bar and hospitality events
  • Serving food and beverages efficiently, professionally and with attention to detail
  • Providing a welcoming and engaging experience for colleagues, clients and visitors
  • Maintaining immaculate standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient operation
  • Adhering to all food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards

About You

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has previous front of house, hospitality or customer service experience
  • Is professional, well presented and takes pride in their appearance
  • Has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Communicates confidently and enjoys building positive relationships
  • Thrives in a busy environment and remains calm under pressure
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a team while also using their own initiative
