General Assistant
General Assistant – Barchester Care Home
About The Role
As a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll carry out a range of essential tasks to help deliver quality care and support for our residents. No two days will be the same, as the role spans housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to a warm and homely environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building positive professional relationships with residents
- Ensuring a supportive and caring atmosphere
- Completing a variety of practical tasks with reliability and dedication
