Facilities Coordinator - Preston Leyland Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western
The Opportunity
We are offering a truly flexible position for a proactive and dependable individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
You will play a key role in supporting facilities services across the property, ensuring they are delivered in an effective and efficient way. Acting as the initial point of contact for key stakeholders and external multi-agency partners, you’ll provide reassurance, coordination, and practical support to keep the site safe, well maintained, and responsive to day-to-day needs.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Responding promptly to reactive cleaning, ensuring they are logged and followed up appropriately
- Applying strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
- Providing a visible, reliable presence on site, offering reassurance and support when issues arise
- Helping to maintain a safe, organised, and well-functioning environment for everyone using the building
- Being part of the food and beverage team
- Serving meals

Contract: 16 hours over 3 days Shift Pattern: Hotel operates 24/7, so availability is required for evenings, weekends, and mornings is mandatory.

Location & Facilities: Our Preston Leyland Hotel features 93 bedrooms and is just 1 minute from the M6 motorway (J28). It’s within 30 minutes of Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool, and the southern Edge of the Lake District.
The hotel is also strategically positioned near three airports, making it an ideal stop for delegates traveling across the UK.
