About The Role
As a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across:
- Housekeeping
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Catering
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to creating a warm and homely environment. As a General Assistant, your focus will always be on our residents. Through being caring and empathetic, you'll build meaningful professional relationships that make their experience with us happy and meaningful.
