General Assistant – Barchester Care Home
About The Role
As a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across:
- Housekeeping
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Catering
This varied role allows you to play an active part in creating a warm and homely environment. In this position, you’ll:
- Place residents first and prioritise their well-being
- Build positive professional relationships to create a meaningful experience
- Display caring, empathetic and proactive behaviour
