Responsibilities
As General Assistant, your role encompasses:
- Service: Provide polite, professional, and efficient servicing of food and beverages to our guests. Meet their preferences with attention and care throughout their entire experience.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating and addressing guest needs. Solve issues effectively and warmly while ensuring their experience remains memorable.
- Teamwork: Foster a collaborative, supportive culture in every workplace environment. Work harmoniously with colleagues to maintain smooth operations.
- Adherence to Regulations: Uphold health and safety standards, as well as site-specific food service or catering guidelines.
- Cleanliness: Maintain high hygiene standards in dining and kitchen areas to create a comfortable and clean environment.
Qualifications and Skills
We want someone who shares our passion for:
- Food and/or customer service—your enthusiasm for hospitality experiences drives you.
- Teamwork—you feel most engaged when working in collaborative, inclusive teams.
- Adaptability—you approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset to ensure success.
While previous experience in food service or similar roles is advantageous, we prioritise the right attitude and eye for service excellence.
