General Assistant – Perth (Tuesday to Saturday Shifts)

Position Outline: As our General Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role across multiple departments, ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences while maintaining efficiency and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Customer Service Excellence:

  • Deliver impeccable service, promptly addressing guest needs and requests
  • Create friendly, efficient dining experiences in food & beverage service

✔ Operational Support:

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organised workplace
  • Assist across multiple departments (flexibility & adaptability crucial)
  • Handle inventory management, stocking supplies, and ordered materials

✔ Compliance & Hygiene:

  • Uphold health & safety standards, including food service sanitation rules
  • Ensure high cleanliness & hygiene levels across all work areas

✔ Team Development:

  • Participate in team meetings & training to sharpen skills
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work culture

Requirements & Qualifications

✔ Passion for customer service, hospitality, and delivering memorable experiences ✔ Teamwork—thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment ✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills ✔ Event focus—attention to detail, organisation, and professionalism ✔ Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to shifting priorities ✔ Basic food safety & sanitation knowledge (optional if hands-on learning offered) ✔ Willingness to learn—embedded in our culture of ongoing development
