JD Gyms Cleaning Attendant – Now Hiring!

Overview
JD Gyms is looking for an attention-to-detail-driven cleaning professional to maintain our exceptional brand standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multidisciplinary work, caring for spaces, and fostering outstanding member interactions.
Responsibilities
- Strictly adhere to and enforce all Health & Safety policies and Company Procedures Handbook guidelines.
- Uphold JD Gyms' Brand Standards in every aspect of your duties.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checks, reporting any defects immediately to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain the highest cleanliness standards across all gym areas.
- Ensure uniform service delivery within your team by modelling professionalism.
- Prioritise exceptional member service at all times.
- Engage in colleague training to reinforce JD Gym’s exceptional operational standards.
- Follow direction to complete additional tasks when required.

Requirements
- Hardworking, meticulous, and accountability-driven attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for excellence.
- Experience in a similar cleaning or professional services role—or willingness to undertake training.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and work unsupervised effectively.
- Excellent communication and approachability with colleagues and members.
- Physical stamina and willingness to deliver consistent, reliable service.
