Title: General Assistant
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: up to £28,186 per annum
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Assistant with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our friendly office locations.

Job Description
As a General Assistant you will…
- Assist the Catering Supervisor and Chef Manager in all aspects of food service, including taking payment for food and drinks.
- Deliver exceptional service to regular clientele in an office based environment.
- Building an excellent rapport and satisfying our customers on a daily basis.
- Ensure all food is handled in accordance with the standards set by our Food Safety & Quality management system.
- Be a polite and enthusiastic individual, with high standards for customer service and a 'can do' attitude.
- Willing to learn new skills and develop.
- Fully trained on making barista drinks that look and taste delicious.

Qualifications
- Good Health & Safety knowledge.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
- Fun and enthusiastic.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
- Possess great customer service skills.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Barista skills would be an advantage.
- A basic DBS will needed to be completed as part of the recruitment process.
