Salary: £24,562.79
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekends
Shift times: Rotating shifts between 0530 and 2000

What you’ll do:
As a General Service Assistant, you’ll be front and centre in delivering a welcoming experience to our customers. Your day-to-day will include:

- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery
- Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, preparation, and public areas
- Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services
- Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work
- Perform daily paperwork
- Keeps diligent records as required
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a bonus – but not essential, full training provided
- Must be 18+
- Eligibility to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years (security clearance required)
- Food hygiene certificate - Level 2 desirable. Relevant training will be provided
- Basic numeracy skills
- Own or reliable transport required due to remote location and limited public transport
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
