We’re looking for someone passionate about cleanliness who can embody our brand while balancing attentive member service with meticulous cleaning. You’ll need excellence in standards, a member-focused mindset, and the drive to maintain JD Gyms’ meticulous reputation.

Responsibilities
- Adhere ** rozhodně** to Health and Safety Employee Policy and follow procedures outlined in the Company Procedures Handbook
- Uphold the JD Gyms Brand Standard
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks
- Report defects to ensure equipment and building safety at all times
- Maintain top-tier cleanliness standards across the entire gym
- Enforce uniform standards across your own work to uphold JD Gyms’ reputation
- Deliver exceptional member service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Participate in colleague training videos to assist with consistent, outstanding service levels across the group
- Complete any reasonable additional duties as required

Requirements & Skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to exceed expectations
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a gym or facility management context
- Ability to multitask and work independently without close supervision
- Effective communication, approachable to both members and staff
