Role Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Technical Crew Members to join our dynamic team in Manchester. You will be responsible for the physical loading and unloading of vehicles and the handling of technical equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires physical fitness, a can-do attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload event equipment, including lighting, audio, video equipment, staging, and furniture
- Assist with warehouse preparation of technical equipment
- Safely ensure vehicles are loaded and unloaded correctly
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet tight event deadlines, maintaining a high standard of health and safety at all times
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any faults or damages to the crew chief or warehouse manager
- Maintain exceptional punctuality, time, and diary management

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the events, production, or entertainment industry
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment
- A strong understanding of warehouse health and safety protocols
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Based in or able to easily commute to Rochdale, Greater Manchester
