Dyson Farming

Dyson Farming is a family-owned business, with a vision to benefit future generations through a commitment to commercially viable and environmentally sustainable food production at scale. We strive to be industry leaders in efficient, carbon neutral, high technology agriculture, employing highly skilled, pioneering people and supported by research and development in ever-closer partnership with our sister company, Dyson. We see the future of agriculture as an exciting opportunity to improve the nation’s food security, health, and economic growth.

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Livestock Assistant to support our livestock operations during a period of transition. This role will initially focus on supporting the phased exit of the sheep enterprise, before transitioning into a core role within our cattle operation (Lincs Cattle).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a changing environment and is keen to develop their skills across different livestock systems. Flexibility, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn new husbandry approaches will be essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
