Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the unsung hero—supporting multiple teams to keep operations running smoothly:

Cataloguing & logistics
- Provide essential tools, materials, and supplies to Service, Installation, and Warehouse teams
- Maintain a clean work area, machines, and tools
- Staging and inventory of materials; assist with shipping and receiving

Technical & R&D support
- Examine and test machinery, equipment, and parts for defects before installation
- Assemble gang boxes and organize project materials for technicians

Site coordination
- Assist with positioning vehicles, machinery, and equipment for assembly, service, or installation
- Transport parts, tools, or equipment to job sites as needed

Requirements
No experience needed to start—we’ll train you!
Skills & Attributes
(Strong candidates will combineinitiative with hands-on readiness.)
- Physical readiness: Walk, crouch, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Detail orientation + superior communication (verbal and written)
- Proven mechanical aptitude (or willingness to develop one)
- Flexible schedule: Willing to work nights/weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications (if applicable)
- Drivers’ license (with a clean fleet-compliant driving record)
- Basic refrigerant/HVAC knowledge for faster training
- Leadership potential with excellent decision-making skills
(Formal education requirement: High School diploma or GED.)
