About the Role
A General Labourer position is available for a new build development in Portsmouth, Hampshire. This is a hands-on role supporting construction projects on-site, with opportunities to work with a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of heavy manual tasks, including handling materials, digging, sweeping, and making site preparations.
- Assist with construction tasks such as transporting and positioning equipment, scaffolding, and securing site criticals.
- Operate powered tools and machinery under supervision.
- Work as part of a team and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workplace.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

Requirements
✅ Essential:
- A valid CSCS card (must have).
- Demonstrated proven track record in labouring or related physical work.
- Excellent attitude and dedication to physically demanding roles.
- Reliable transport to and from the Portsmouth site.
Preferred (but not essential):
- Previous experience in construction or related industries.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols.
