The Opportunity
Reporting directly to ownership, you will take full responsibility for every aspect of the operation, leading from the front whilst inspiring a high-performing team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving commercial performance

- Ensuring the business continues to evolve whilst maintaining its outstanding reputation

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front and back-of-house operations with energy, passion and professionalism.
- Inspire, develop and mentor a high-performing management team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every single day.
- Drive profitability through strong commercial leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Build a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless collaboration between kitchen and restaurant.
- Recruit, retain and develop exceptional hospitality talent.
- Oversee budgets, labour, P&L, forecasting and operational performance.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and attention to detail.
- Champion innovation whilst protecting the values and reputation of the business.
About You
This role is for an accomplished hospitality professional who has already proven themselves within some of the industry's most respected restaurants.
Essential Experience
- Current or recent General Manager, Operations Manager or Restaurant Director within a premium or luxury restaurant.
- Strong fine dining experience is essential.
- Michelin-starred experience is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading high-volume restaurants without compromising quality or service.
- Outstanding commercial awareness with a strong understanding of P&L management.
- Track record of building, motivating and retaining exceptional teams.
- Exceptional guest engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about food, wine and hospitality.
- A hands-on leader who thrives on the restaurant floor.
- Willing and excited to relocate to one of the UK's most stunning coastal locations.
