Bradford | £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits | Full-Time | Site-Based
Are you a hands-on leader with a strong manufacturing background and a passion for driving performance, growth and continuous improvement?
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established manufacturing operation in. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and customer service.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Drive operational efficiency, profitability and business growth
- Oversee projects from inception to successful delivery
- Manage budgets, costs, risk and performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety standards
About You
- Experience in senior manufacturing leadership roles
- Strong commercial and operational awareness
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
