General Manager – The Blues Kitchen

The Blues Kitchen combines outstanding food, world-class live music, and an exceptional drinks menu—all under one roof. What truly makes it special, however, is the people, culture, and attention to detail behind the scenes. The energy in our venue, the high standards, and the team that drives it all forward create an unforgettable experience. The Blues Kitchen is built on heartfelt hospitality, strong culture, and meticulous care. Every detail matters—from how shifts are managed to how guests feel upon entering.

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the venue, setting the tone, cultivating the culture, and leading by example. You’ll drive performance, ensure consistently high standards, and make what happens here an inspiring place for both staff and guests.

This is a role for someone who excels as a leader, a people-focused operator, and a strategic thinker. You want to build something meaningful and take real pride in what you create.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
