Lead a business. Shape a culture. Make a real impact.

At MAN Truck & Bus UK, we’re looking for more than experience, we’re looking for a leader who can bring people with them.

This is your opportunity to take ownership of a busy, high-performing branch and lead it as your own, driving results, building relationships, and creating a culture where colleagues are proud to be part of the team.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the branch, balancing commercial performance with strong, visible leadership. You will:

  • Lead and inspire diverse teams, creating a culture of accountability, pride and continuous improvement
  • Drive business performance, focusing on profitability, productivity and efficiency
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Champion change, leading both cultural and operational transformation

Success in this role comes from winning hearts and minds as much as delivering results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
