Personal enough to know your name. Connected enough to open every door.

Axiom Hospitality is one of the UK's fastest-growing hotel management companies - and we're not slowing down. In a few short years we've grown to over 40 hotels, partnering with some of the world's most recognised brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Radisson. Through our partnership with Pyramid Global Hospitality, we're not only connected across the UK, but connected across the globe. That growth means something real for you. The people who join us now grow with us - and we have a strong track record of promoting from within. If you're looking for a job, we can offer you that. If you're looking for a career, we can offer you that too.

YOUR PLACE AT AXIOM As our London portfolio continues to grow, we're always keen to connect with experienced General Managers who share our passion for hospitality done properly. If you're a GM with branded hotel experience and a strong background in F&B, we'd love to hear from you now, so that when the right opportunity arises, we already know each other.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING TO MEET We're particularly interested in speaking with General Managers based in or around London who bring: 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager within a branded environment (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Radisson or similar) Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a track record of driving F&B performance and guest experience Sound commercial acumen - confident with P&L, cost management and identifying revenue opportunities A people-first leadership style that gets the best out of teams and builds culture from the top down The kind of attention to detail that means standards don't slip, even when things are moving fast

WHO THRIVES HERE We're growing and the people who thrive here are those who bring energy, accountability and genuine passion for the industry. These are the behaviours that matter most at Axiom. Adaptability & resilience: You lead calmly through change, hold your standards whether it's a quiet Tuesday or a full house, and bring the same energy to the back office as you do to the floor. Collaboration, communication & inclusion: You build trust quickly - with your team, your guests and your owners. You communicate clearly, create inclusive environments, and understand that great hospitality starts with great people management. Accountability & results: You own your numbers and your outcomes. You know what good looks like operationally and financially, and you don't wait to be told when something needs fixing. Talent development & team building: You invest in the people around you. You spot potential, develop it, and take pride in seeing your team members grow - whether that's within your hotel or across the wider business. Ethics, integrity & values: You model the standards you hold others to. Honest, consistent and trustworthy, with a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. Innovation & continuous improvement: You look for better, not just different. Whether it's the guest journey, the F&B offer or how your team communicates - you're always asking how it could be better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
