Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment?

We're recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join one of the UK's most recognised quick service restaurant businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume restaurant, develop a great team and take ownership of both operational and commercial performance.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, leading your team to deliver exceptional service, maintain the highest operational standards and achieve ambitious business goals.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, inspire your team and create an environment where both colleagues and customers have a fantastic experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Drive restaurant performance through excellent operational management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Manage labour, stock and operating costs to maximise profitability.
  • Recruit, coach and develop future managers and team leaders.
  • Ensure food safety, health & safety and company standards are consistently maintained.
  • Analyse business performance and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Build a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
  • Lead from the front during busy trading periods and support the team wherever needed.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Store Manager or Branch Manager within hospitality, quick service restaurants, retail or leisure.
  • A proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs, labour and costs.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to remain calm, decisive and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for people leadership.
