About The Role
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant, person‑centred care environment. You’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home — all while meeting regulatory standards and achieving key business goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Championing high‑quality, person‑centred care based on best practice
- Driving recruitment, retention, and development to build a strong, engaged team
- Acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and external professionals
- Managing staffing levels to ensure safe, effective care at all times
- Providing inspiring leadership that empowers your team to be their best
- Overseeing budgets, stock, and resources to ensure efficient, cost‑effective operations
About You
You’ll be someone who naturally lives our values — caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable — and brings them into everything you do.
Our Ideal Candidate Will
- Have at least four years’ experience in a similar care environment
- Hold a Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
- Bring strong leadership and management skills
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Be IT‑competent and comfortable with digital systems
- Be adaptable, flexible, and ready to step in where needed
