Step Up. Stand Out. Run the show at Bonnie Rogues!

This isn't just another General Manager gig. At Bonnie Rogues, you're stepping into the heart of madness. The booming tunes, the belly laughs, the unforgettable nights. We're on the hunt for a bold, brilliant General Manager who can lead the charge, lift the team and make every shift one for the history book.

Who We Are

Bonnie Rogues is the pub where tradition meets tomorrow. A bold, confident, and unapologetically original spirit runs through everything we do. We’re the quirky cousin of the traditional pub - louder, livelier, and never afraid to stand out. Here, anything goes. You walk in, let loose, and know you’re in for a great time. We’re Live & Loud, with fist-pumping playlists, standout live music, and the best atmosphere in town. You’ll never hear the same playlist twice, but you’ll know every single word. Add in top-notch food, pints that never stop flowing, and a team that knows how to bring the party - this is the pub experience done right.

What You’ll Be Doing

As General Manager, you’re the one running the show. Your mission: keep the place buzzing, the team flying high, and the guests grinning from ear to ear.

  • Leading the charge - Lead venue and team with confidence and make sure the energy stays high from open till close while mentoring our junior managers to step, lead shifts and grow into legends themselves.
  • Owning the floor – Be present on the floor, keeping the vibe high, the service slick and every pint poured to perfection.
  • Driving the Buzz – Be at the heart of delivering unforgettable events, cracking promotions and moments that pack the place and keep the good times rolling.
  • Owning the Numbers – Stay sharp on the numbers, manage, stock, cash and compliance and make sure that everything is running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Setting the Standard – Deliver a guest experience that's bigger, bolder and better than anyone else out there.
  • Keeping it Safe – Stay on top of licensing, health and safety and compliance with zero shortcuts.
  • Building relationships – Be the face around town, maintain strong relationships with local authorities and the wider community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
