The Role
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your responsibilities include ensuring that:
- Your team delivers exceptional customer service in a well-presented and clean environment at all times.
- Strategic commercial initiatives are identified and executed, with a measurable impact on the bottom line.
- Key performance metrics are consistently met, with engaged and satisfied stakeholders.
Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in:
- Promoting community engagement by offering sports, activities, and inclusive leisure facilities tailored to local needs.
- Maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment that resonates with diverse community interests.

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- Strong leadership with a proven track record in making commercially-savvy decisions.
- Speak to clearly demonstrable examples of how you’ve contemplated strategies that financially benefitted an organisation or team.
- Ability to critically evaluate and refine financial records, operational processes, and operational standard.
- Excellent people management and coaching aptitude, with the ability to inspire and develop direct reports and teams through change and growth.
- Recruiting for a fast-paced, evolving business with high standards, ensuring culturally positive and excellent customer experiences.

Preferred Backgrounds
- Ideally prior experience in leisure industries.
- Equivalent experience in hospitality is also welcomed.
