General Manager – Kioku by Endo

Lead One of London's Most Distinctive Dining Destinations

Are you an inspiring hospitality leader who combines exceptional people development with strong commercial acumen? Do you thrive in environments where culture, service excellence, and financial performance are equally important?

Kioku by Endo is seeking an outstanding General Manager to lead our team in one of London's most exciting luxury dining destinations.

About Us

Kioku means memory in Japanese—this restaurant is just that: a journey of meaningful moments curated by Chef Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi master. From Yokohama to Tokyo to Spain, Endo-san's experience informs a menu that celebrates both Japanese precision and Mediterranean warmth.

Located within The OWO and overlooking Trafalgar Square, Kioku by Endo is a personal reflection of a culinary life steeped in heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation.

The Role

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of the restaurant, leading a high-performing team whilst ensuring every guest experience reflects the standards and values of the brand.

You will create a culture where people feel supported, developed, and inspired to deliver excellence every day. At the same time, you will take ownership of the restaurant's financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

This is a role for a leader who understands that exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
