What You’ll Be Doing

  • 👑 Lead the Business - Take full ownership of your site’s success, from guest experience to financial performance.
  • 💡 Inspire & Develop - Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring every single person feels valued, supported, and motivated.
  • 📈 Drive Results - Manage budgets, sales targets and profit margins using tools like Fourth and Zonal, making data-driven decisions that grow the business.
  • 🚀 Innovate & Improve - Introduce fresh ideas, push boundaries, and continuously elevate the guest experience.
  • 🎯 Recruit & Train - Spot talent, hire great people, and nurture future leaders within the business.
  • 🏆 Maintain High Standards - Champion compliance, health & safety, and Nell’s best practices, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
