Join Our Club Management Team
We need dynamic, inspirational leaders with flair, commercial acumen, and the drive to grow JD Gyms. Whether you’re managing training spaces, booking gyms, or crafting marketing strategies—developing our brand and our membership while mentoring teams is the turning point for us.
This role is perfect for an experienced Gym Manager who can align clubs with brand standards, navigate legal policies, and foster teamwork while hitting sales goals.
Responsibilities
As a JD Gyms Branch Manager, success depends on:
- Ensuring compliance: Adherence to Health & Safety, Employee Policies, and corporate guidelines for JD Gyms.
- Maintaining the JD Gyms standards: Overseeing full Alam and franchise compliance and monitoring staff adherence to brand standards.
- Safety and maintenance:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections of club facilities and equipment.
- Report/solve any defects immediately to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
- Team management:
- Hire, coach, and mentor teams of Fitness Coaches and General Assistants, ensuring customer-focused and high-energy support.
- Host regular team meetings for skill development and improved engagement.
- Achieving targets & sales growth:
- Attain all membership sales goals while growing secondary earnings.
- Maximise secondary revenue (region labeling, add-ons etc.).
- Cleanliness & cleanliness maintenance:
- Uphold top-tier cleanliness standards—instructing General Assistants in-house, reviewing weekly tasks, and initiating corrective actions if needed.
- Lead shift supervisors to help uphold those high standards.
- Financial accuracy:
- Oversee proper banking processes to reduce wastage or discrepancies, driving profits.
- Uniform compliance: Ensure dress code standards are consistently met by the team.
- Outstanding member experience:
- Deliver a five-star customer service experience in all interactions.
- Foster a fun, team-oriented work culture that reflects JD Gyms' positive brand image.
- Ambassadorial duty: Represent JD externally and internally with poise and positivity.

Skills & Experience
Requirements
✅ Proven management success in leisure/health or fitness related operations. ✅ Genuine leadership—inspiring teams with exceptional customer service. ✅ Sales leadership combined with marketing orchestration to boost profits. ✅ Demonstratable experience coaching and managing frontline teams.
Ideal Background
Some experience as a General Manager of a commercial outlet or leisure facility, or a seasoned Fitness Manager with operational team performance oversight.
