Client Details

Description

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
  • Manage and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management as required.
  • Take responsibility for resolving customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.

A successful General Manager should have:
