General Manager β Ollo Padel Leeds (The Roundhouse)
π Leeds, UK | π° Β£55,000βΒ£65,000 + performance bonus | Full-time, Permanent | Start: Sept/Oct 2026
The Role
Lead the opening of Ollo's flagship padel and leisure venue at the Roundhouse, Leeds. This is a rare GM role with full ownership from day one β shaping the team, the culture, and the experience before the doors open.
As General Manager, you'll run a complex, multi-revenue venue across courts, F&B, coaching, and events. You'll report directly to the founder, with the autonomy to make decisions and a hands-on leadership team behind you. This is not a desk job β you'll be on the floor, building relationships and making the experience brilliant every single day.
About Ollo

Our mission: Play. Connect. Joy. Everything we do should deliver on that promise.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Own the day-to-day running of the venue across all areas β courts, F&B, coaching, events, and retail
- Lead the pre-opening phase: hiring, training, systems, and launch readiness
- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, compliance, and guest experience
- Work closely with our gym operator and F&B partners to deliver a seamless experience
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
